The Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program is a literacy-rich program designed to help young children enter Kindergarten ready to learn. This program, contingent upon the availability of New York State Universal Pre-K funds, is for all Lewiston-Porter children who will turn 4 years of age (but not 5 years) by December 1st of the year they will be enrolled. Participants will be chosen by lottery for available positions.
