VOTING INFORMATION:
Voter Eligibility Timeline:
A qualify as a voter, a person must be:
- A citizen of the United States.
- At least 18 years old.
- A resident of Lewiston-Porter Central School District for at least 30 days prior to the vote. (Education Law § 2012)
Apartment dwellers who meet these qualifications are eligible. No prior registration is required and residents do not have to be registered voters. (Education Law § 2012).
