Technology Office

For any faculty member that requires technical assistance with software or hardware, please access the ServiceNow portal. Either one of our on-site technicians or a member of our BOCES team will assist you as soon as possible. Please call 716-821-7171 to reach the WNYRIC service desk if you do not have a login set up, or if you need to speak with a support representative directly.

ServiceNow PortalYou may wish to utilize these services for reasons that include but are not limited to: 

  • Login difficulties (computer, website, Google, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Chromebook Logins (Teachers or Students)
  • Software troubleshooting
  • New installation of software
  • New hardware hookup (not including mounting, moving of furniture/equipment, or running new cables)
  • Hardware troubleshooting

If faculty or students need assistance with instructional technology, you may reach out to your building Technology Liaisons or the Director of Technology.

E1B Service Desk

Staff members that require assistance always have access to the service desk by calling 716-821-7171 during the school day. The service desk will create a ticket on your behalf and assign it to the appropriate team members for quick resolution.
