Kindergarten Online Registration Form

Lewiston-Porter Schools is offering families the option to register online. Please note that online registration requires a gmail (Google) account so that you may securely upload the documents listed below. If you do not currently have a gmail account, you may create one for free. If this process does not work for you, you have the option to print the registration form and submit copies of all required documentation through mail or dropping them off at the District Office.

Home Language Questionnaire

In addition to the registration form, you are required to complete the Home Language Questionnaire. Registration will not be finalized until this form is completed.
