Award: Varies, Due Date: April 8, 2025

Guidelines:

• Applicant must be a senior graduating from Lewiston-Porter during the current school year and be in good academic standing.
• Applicant must attend a two- or four- year college, or trade school in the fall of the scholarship year.
• Special consideration will be given to participants listed on the organ donor registry.

Requirements:

• Completed Application Form
• Required Essay (see application)
• Letter of Recommendation from a teacher, employer, or member of the community.
• Official High School Transcript (Counseling Center will attach)
