One Purpose. Your Pathway. Our Promise
Our purpose is to ensure that when students leave Lewiston-Porter they will be ready to face the world with confidence in themselves and what they can contribute. NYSDOT Region 5 is progressing a regionwide culvert resiliency program and will be replacing two culverts, one located at NY-265/Military Road over Fish Creek north of Fairway Drive and the second location is NY-104/Lewiston Road over Fish Creek south of Homestead Place in the Town of Lewiston. NYSDOT and their consultant representatives will be giving a short presentation regarding the project details at the upcoming Lewiston Town Board Meeting on August 25, 2025 at 6:00 pm. The presentation will overview the need for the project, anticipated project work, schedule and construction impacts to the traveling public (including a proposed detour for the NY-265/Military Road location) and adjacent properties with an opportunity for the public to provide their input/feedback. The project is currently in the preliminary design phase with construction currently scheduled for 2027. NYSDOT would like to have representatives from emergency service providers and the school district in attendance for the presentation, if possible, to provide input on the project, specifically the proposed detour during construction. If you are unable to attend the meeting, we can provide a copy of the presentation and take your comments via email.

The Lewiston-Porter Athletic Hall of Fame will be holding an induction on Friday, October 24, 2025, in conjunction with the Lewiston-Porter Alumni Association's Distinguished Alumni series, and the committee is now accepting nominations for deserving athletes and coaches. Athletes must be 10 years removed from graduation and coaches should have been retired for 5 years. Accurate statistics, awards and recognitions are extremely important, so please make sure you have as much information as possible for the nominees. Nominations are due August 15, 2025 for consideration this year, and the committee will review and choose 2 recipients to be honored in October. An announcement of the inductees will be made later in August. This will be a yearly process, so applications will be kept indefinitely. Lew-port athletics has a very rich tradition of athletes and coaches that deserve to be recognized, so now is your chance to make sure your favorites get recognized!

We are excited to invite you to join our Ride for Roswell team, Lancers Fighting Cancer! The ride takes place on Saturday, June 28th. Whether you're an avid cyclist or just want to be part of the cause, this is a powerful way for us to come together and support the fight against cancer. The Ride for Roswell raises critical funds for cancer research and patient care right here in our community. Every dollar makes a difference.
Even if you’re unable to ride, you can still show your support by purchasing a Lancers Fighting Cancer team shirt. Wear it proudly to show your support for those battling cancer and in honor of loved ones we’ve lost. All proceeds will be donated to the cause. Let’s make a strong showing this year and ride (or cheer) with purpose. If you're interested in joining or ordering a shirt click on the links below!
