  • Announcing the Spring 2022 Washington, D.C. Travel Program!

    Our 2021 trip to Washington, D.C. has been postponed. We will now be traveling April 30 - May 2, 2022. All students who will be enrolled in 7th, 8th, or 9th grade next school year are eligible to enroll. If you missed the Zoom parent meeting, you can watch the video at the link below.

  • A Reminder From the Nurse:

    The requirements for immunizations and physicals have not changed.

    A Tdap immunization is required for students in Grade 6 once they have turned 11 years of age. A meningitis immunization is required for students in Grade 7 regardless of ageA physical examination is required for Grade 7 as well. 

    Proof of these immunizations is due immediately.

    Please send in a copy of a recent exam or make an appointment for your child as soon as possible. Forms may be faxed to 286-7267 or emailed to slombardi@lew-port.com. As always, please feel free to call the health office at 286-7205 with any questions you may have.
