ServiceNow -Technology Support

  • For any faculty member that requires technical assistance with software or hardware, please access the ServiceNow portal below. Either one of our on-site technicians or a member of our BOCES team will assist you as soon as possible. Please call 716-821-7171 to reach the service desk directly. 

    You may wish to utilize these services for reasons that include but are not limited to: 

    • Login difficulties (computer, website, Google, ServiceNow, etc.)
    • Chromebook Logins (Teachers or Students)
    • Software troubleshooting
    • New installation of software
    • New hardware hookup (not including mounting, moving of furniture/equipment, or running new cables)
    • Harware troubleshooting

    If faculty or students need assistance with instructional technology, you may reach out to your building Technology Liaisons or the Director of Technology.

Buildings and Grounds/ Maintenance Requests


     Please click the link above to access the work order portal. Use your 4020 credentials to log in (4020jsmith19). You will want to utilize Master Library Work Orders for all maintenance related needs. Some of the most common requests will include but are not limited to: 

    • General Repairs
    • Furniture movement, additions, or subtractions
    • Bulb Changes (even projector bulbs)
    • Movement of teacher stations
