Virtual Voting at our Local Libraries 

Friday, January 8th- Saturday, January 16th

Our voting is virtual this year! Visit the Lewiston, Ransomville, or Youngstown Library WEBSITES to vote for your favorite book. Each family member gets a vote! Please only vote once. Voting information will be shared on Seesaw (for the PEC & IEC) or Google Classroom (MS 6th Grade). 

Community Virtual Reveal Event

Friday, January 22nd

Your family is invited to join us virtually for the community reveal of the winning book title! Join us for crafts, excitement, and voting results. Dinner specials will be featured around town. First 50 students who join our virtual event will receive a prize!

School Reveal and Books Received

Monday, January 25th

Students will find out at our school virtual assembly who the winner is! Each student will receive their copy of the winning title when they are on campus January 26th-February 1st. A parent packet will be sent home with the book detailing the reading schedule, community partners and specials, book activities, trivia questions, and program details, along with a bookmark. 

Family Reading

Friday, January 29th- Thursday, March 11th

Families are encouraged to read the winning book together according to the chapter reading plan provided in the parent packet. Weekly questions and trivia allow for deeper reading and understanding of the book, family connection, and in-school excitement! Updates will be sent every Friday announcing the special guest readers of the week, program highlights, and trivia questions for the week.
