The PEC Library had a special guest today! Keith Radford, WKBW's Chanel 7 Eyewitness News Anchor stopped in. Students at the PEC made a card thanking him for reading chapter 12 of Humphrey and for the Scripps National Spelling Bee books he gave to our PEC and IEC libraries. Our Lew-Port PTA gave him his very own Lew-Port golf shirt and Humphrey stuffed animal as a thank you. Students were able to share all the facts they knew about hamsters and why Humphrey is definitely not a rat or a mouse but a hamster.Thank you to all who came to the Community Reveal Event Hosted by the Lewiston Public Library on Tuesday, February 7th 5:30pm-7:00pm.
