Lewiston-Porter provides all teams with full transportation to and from most events. These bus rides provide time for coaches and teams to prepare and focus on the way to the competition. They also provide an opportunity for teams to bond and learn the aspects of dealing with disappointment or success as a group on the way home.
The Athletic Department does understand that there may occasionally be circumstances that necessitate a parent/guardian needing to drive their child(ren) home rather than taking the bus back to Lewiston-Porter. This should not be a regular occurrence.
The following steps/rules must be followed when completing the Transportation Form:
1) The student's Parent/Guardian must sign out their child(ren) after the event is completed before the bus departs for Lewiston-Porter.
3) All parents/guardians need to sign the form when there are multiple students not taking the bus back to Lewiston-Porter
4) NO texting or verbal agreements are allowed as a form of parent consent.
NOTE: Only a students Parent/Guardian can take them from an away event. NO other relatives, friends, or siblings is permissible.
