*Please note: Anyone who coaches bowling or golf (considered non-contact sports) is only required to complete the Philosophy, Principals & Organization of Athletics course. All other sports must complete all three required courses.

*Erie 1 Boces courses - complete the registration form and email to kmoore@lew-port.com. The athletic director has to sign off and I will submit your registration.
*Orleans Niagara Boces courses - email kmoore@lew-port.com your name, address, phone number, course, and dates and I will submit your registration.
Effective 7/1/15, coaches in NYS have the option to pursue a second pathway to complete the 3 NYS required coaching courses listed above by utilizing the NFHS online coaching courses and completion of an internship in accordance with guidelines.
NFHS Courses - fees are the responsibility of the coaches
Click on the NFHS link below to get started. Click on "Fundamentals of Coaching Courses" and scroll to where it shows Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 courses. Other certified teachers must complete Levels 1-3 and the internship form. Non-Teacher Coaches must only complete Levels 1 and 2 (if pursuing your professional coaching license then all three levels along with the internship form are required).
*If you elect to fulfill your obligation using the NFHS courses, you must complete all three of the required courses through NFHS. You cannot take one or two of the courses elsewhere and then take the third course from NFHS.
