Career and Technical Education (CTE) Information
As students move into 11th grade, they have the option of choosing Career and Technical Education as a pathway toward graduation. If they choose this pathway, students will attend a half-day CTE program at Orleans/Niagara BOCES for both 11th and 12th grades in which they will learn a specific vocation. Students who attend ONBOCES will often go on to land a job in their field of study upon graduation or continue their education at a trade school, 2-year school, or 4-year school.
Visit the Orleans / Niagara BOCES Website and view the different Career and Technical Education Programs offered. You can also explore the most recent Career and Technical Education Guide: 2022-2023 CTE Guide
If you have any specific questions regarding Career and Technical Education, please feel free to contact your child's school counselor.
